I always say yes to good food, but when it's paired with a meaningful campaign and genuine hospitality, it becomes an experience I simply can't forget. That’s exactly what happened last July 8, when I was invited to attend Kenny Rogers Roasters’ special event at SM City Davao Annex. And yes, it was an event that fed not only my tummy—but also my heart.
From the moment I arrived, I felt sincerely welcomed. We were personally greeted by Ms. Iris from MullenLowe TREYNA, who made sure everyone felt comfortable and ready for what was in store. She later introduced us one by one to Mr. Lorent Martin Adrias, the ever-approachable and passionate Marketing Director of Kenny Rogers Roasters. His warm presence and genuine smile reflected what the brand stands for—authentic care, not just for their food, but for their customers.

The event was not just about food—it was a celebration of 30 years of Kenny Rogers Roasters serving good and healthy food to Filipino families. Three decades of championing healthier eating habits and delicious flavors—that’s no small feat! The theme of the day, “I Love Me Better”, struck a personal chord. It’s a campaign that inspires people to choose wellness and make better decisions for themselves, starting with what’s on their plate.
And speaking of plates, Kenny Rogers Roasters continues to walk the talk. They’ve now added nutritional information on their menus, giving customers guidance about calories, protein intake, and other healthy tips. It’s part of their ongoing commitment to transparency and their desire to empower us to make more mindful eating choices.

We got to try some of their signature dishes during the event—and as always, they never disappoint. Every bite was flavorful, satisfying, and guilt-free. It reminded me why Kenny Rogers Roasters remains a household favorite through the years.
