I had the privilege of attending the Grand Opening of the 1st Experience Store of Honor Philippines at Gaisano Mall Davao. Following the store's grand opening, a delightful gathering was organized at The Coffee Bar in The Peak Gaisano Mall, where esteemed bloggers, media professionals, and digital creators were cordially invited.
Today's post will focus on the food at The Coffee Bar, as I am currently unable to indulge in coffee.
The place is great for hanging out with friends, as it is spacious and quiet. It is also a good spot for having meetings while enjoying a meal. However, I will provide an honest review of the food they serve, as I mentioned before.
THE COFFEE BAR MIXED CHIPS
They start off with a delightful assortment of mixed chips, featuring flavors like banana, cassava, and sweet potato. I didn't actually try it, to be honest. It was quite painful on my gums when I attempted to take a bite.
CARBONARA
I absolutely adored their Carbonara! The pasta was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of bite, and the sauce was incredibly flavorful. I couldn't resist devouring it.
MEATY CLUBHOUSE
Who doesn't enjoy a delicious clubhouse sandwich? Indulge in a delicious combination of premium ham, cheese, eggs, cucumber, tomatoes, and mayonnaise, all nestled between slices of wholesome wheat bread for a satisfying and convenient meal. The delicious flavor of a clubhouse is still present, even if I omit to eat the cheese and tomatoes.
PENNE TELEFONO PASTA
Out of all the pasta I've tried, this Penne Telefono Pasta just doesn't do it for me. Perhaps this Italian pasta dish with its rich red sauce and gooey cheese? Hmmmm, it's not quite to my liking.
CREAMY BEEF MUSHROOM
This dish is absolutely amazing! The beef is cooked to perfection, with a wonderfully creamy texture. You absolutely have to try it.
CHICKEN BROCCOLI
I absolutely adore this dish! The flavors are simply delightful, especially the way they prepare the chicken and broccoli—perfectly cooked, not a hint of overcooking.
STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE
And finally, I opt for a refreshing blended non-coffee beverage. I chose a refreshing strawberry milkshake as my drink.
I had an absolutely delightful dinner at The Coffee Bar. If you're looking for a spot to have a casual get-together or simply hang out with friends, I highly recommend visiting this place. Their menu offers a wide variety of delicious food and beverages that are sure to impress.
