I recently had the pleasure of attending the Globe Business Retail Revolution Media Access event at Bigby's at SM Lanang Premier for a quick lunch, and let me tell you, I couldn't be more thrilled about it! I must admit, there's a part of me that's absolutely thrilled to have the opportunity to savor their delectable cuisine once more.
The establishment boasts a significantly larger space in comparison to its sister branch at SM Ecoland. The establishment has recently undergone a transformation, enhancing its ambiance to cater to the discerning tastes of Instagram-savvy Generation Z. The result is a visually captivating setting that is undeniably perfect for capturing and sharing memorable moments.

As a discerning food enthusiast, I have set my expectations sky-high for the culinary delights that await me. I eagerly anticipate being treated to a visually stunning feast that will captivate my senses and leave me in awe.
Let's talk about the culinary adventure we embarked on that day! As I eagerly dug into the dish before me, I couldn't help but notice that the vegetables and meat were not quite cooked to perfection. And let me tell you, my dear foodies, I am utterly perplexed by the enigma that is the belly portion of this dish. You see, an abundance of delicious fatty indulgences has dominated my culinary journey thus far. Where's the culinary quest to uncover the whereabouts of the much-anticipated tender meat that has been tantalizingly described on the menu
And for the vegetables, I must confess that I am utterly dissatisfied with the lack of culinary skill in the preparation of these vegetables. They have been tragically undercooked, rendering them unfit for consumption. It is with a heavy heart that I must abstain from indulging in this dish, for it simply does not meet the standards of gastronomic excellence that I hold. Especially for the beans, my expectation was that they would be absolutely amazing, bursting with flavor and texture. But here's the thing: these beans were on a whole new level of non-tenderness.
The creaminess of every dish, including the salad, was simply divine. But it is a common predicament that many of us find ourselves in: a lack of understanding when it comes to the culinary delights that grace our plates. Honestly, we don't understand what we are eating that day.
I hope Bigby's management will not be angry upon reading my review here. And I hope this will help you improve your service, especially the food.
