Celebrate Food, Art and Culture during the 81st Araw ng Dabaw celebration at Cafe Uno in Davao City.

Hosted by Waterfront Insular Hotel Manager Bryan Lasala together with Chef Rolando and wife Chef Jackie Laudico.

With Davao being home to abundant and fresh local produce, we are happy to present a mix of flavor and culture to your dining experience, said Hotel Manager Bryan Lasala

Cafe Uno's fusion of Filipino and Mindanaoan cuisine highlights Maranao and Tausug dishes made with the Laudicos' signature style of cooking.

Everything is done from scratch, using the best quality and seasonal ingredients we can find, said by Chef Lau.

Guests were first hosted to cocktail reception at the Vinta Bar patio and served an option of punch glasses -- SAPAK, a refreshing mix of salabat, watermelon and Benefiber; Davao Punch, a rich mixture of guava, calamansi and pomelo - while being entertained to Sining Tala's Singkil.
