Cafe Uno's fusion of Filipino and Mindanaoan cuisine highlights Maranao and Tausug dishes made with the Laudicos' signature style of cooking.

Everything is done from scratch, using the best quality and seasonal ingredients we can find, said by Chef Lau.

Guests were first hosted to cocktail reception at the Vinta Bar patio and served an option of punch glasses -- SAPAK, a refreshing mix of salabat, watermelon and Benefiber; Davao Punch, a rich mixture of guava, calamansi and pomelo - while being entertained to Sining Tala's Singkil.


To officially launch the Filipino Food Fiesta Dinner Buffet, a ceremonial breaking of the Salt-Crusted Maya-Maya was done by Guest Celebrity Chefs Rolando and Chef Jackie (who personally prepared the dishes) together with Waterfront's Corporate Chef Giovanni Sias and Executive Chef Beinvenido Chavez.








Starting April 1st at Cafe Uno experience Waterfront's Filipino Food Fiesta Dinner Buffet for a nett rate of PHp750.00 nett per person.

To top off the delectable dining experience, Chef Jac boasts a variety of cakes and pies. For this buffet spread in particular, she chooses to feature Davao’s Durian with signature desserts like Durian Fruit Pavlova, Durian Tiramisu, Durian Caramel Cake and Durian Panacotta.
