TINY KITCHEN CREATIONS, it's a local favorite Spanish restaurant here in our city. Offering excellent service and adding here Chef Vince preparation of local ingredients provided an exquisite dining experience that was well matched with their desserts by DULCE VIDA.
When entering the patio, you will see the restaurant and from your right the pastry shop.
The place is very clean, presentable, and classy. The price is perfect, not bad. The staff was accommodating, the food was very good. All dishes were well prepared by Chef Vince.
This dish is a very good appetizer, served with bread. Ensalada de Atun Y Oliva is a full meal for me, with tuna, shredded mangoes, tomatoes and olive on it it really makes you satisfied.
A must try salad, a melange of lettuce, bell pepper, chicken bits with their hand made creamy pesto dressing.
What I like about this soup is, it is very light and the combining of the shells, shrimps, squid and potatoes is just as tasty and refreshing.
And because I'm a soup lover, this is a hands down for me. Very healthy and soothing to my palate.
Another a must try dish at Tiny Kitchen! This is not your ordinary mechado, I swear you will truly love this menu. A Spanish style stew of beef and potatoes.
This dish is essentially potatoes cooked in a tomato based sauce with shrimps and shells on it.
A vegetable paella recipe, loaded with vegetables, and savory smoky rice. A Spanish dish vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free!

Fideua is a traditional Catalan dish, similar to paella but made with a short spaghetti like pasta called 'fideos'.
Here the recipe is given a twist, instead of using only a fish, Chef Vince make it more appealing to the taste of the Dabawenyos, that's why he brings together the prawns, tomatoes, and added some eggs and shells on it.
All recipes are good for sharing. TINY KITCHEN CREATIONS is a place for family gathering or companies meeting.

You cannot resist the delicious cakes at Dulce Vida.
They make attractive cakes & pastries in modern designs and original flavours. Very charming and appetizing, especially their home-made breads, and my one complaint is that I would loved to see more options!
Since Dulce Vida is near the schools and conventions, they offer typical home-made bread fresh from the ovens, which we did eat and we super loved the taste. All are deliciously baked by Chef Vince.
